Epichlorohydryna ECO Epichlomer, Hydrin, Gechron
Epichlorohydrin rubbers are polymers or copolymers of epichlorohydrin and ethylene oxide.
The vulcanizates exhibit ozone resistance, resistance to weathering and can be used in the temperature range from -40 to +140°C.
The vulcanizates are resistant to:
- mineral oils and greases
- vegetable and animal oils
- aliphatic hydrocarbons
Epichlorohydrin vulcanizates are not resistant to:
- chlorinated and aromatic hydrocarbons
- flame resistant hydraulic fluids type HSD
